Scope AT was established in 2000, as a specialist Technical IT recruiter within the financial markets sector. We launched off the back of strong expertise within core banking skill-sets including project management, business analysis, system architecture and engineering, development, support and testing. Success in these fields has allowed us to launch a thriving Specialist Risk desk, as well as a non-Banking IT Recruitment Desk, and our latest launch of a Specialist HR Recruitment desk.

Our expertise covered the front, middle and back-office, across multiple business functions and asset-classes. We quickly became preferred supplier to a number of financial institutions across the city, and have developed these relationships year on year to provide unrivalled niche expertise across a number of disciplines.

Our key strategic locations are London, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh and Amsterdam,
with some high profile senior appointments being made in New York and Singapore.

Our Banking practice remains our core expertise, and has provided the opportunity for us to add further teams to focus on IT Recruitment within the Retail, travel and Healthcare sectors, which are showing strong growth through 2015.

We have also launched an HR Recruitment team, which successfully leverages our long-term key client relationships that have been built up over 15 years.
