Lead AI Transformation with Unlocked AI Professional Certificates from LinkedIn
AI is changing the world of work faster than ever. Are you ready for it?
As a talent professional, you must lead by example, upskilling both yourself and your team on business-critical AI skills. To help you meet this moment, LinkedIn has launched three new AI professional certificates, unlocked and free for you and your team to access through December 31, 2024.
And as a bonus, the top five LinkedIn Talent Solutions customers with the largest number of these three certificates earned by their employees before December 31, 2024, will receive a live one-hour AI upskilling training exclusively for their organization, facilitated — virtually — by one of LinkedIn Learning’s AI-expert instructors.

LinkedIn data shows that over the last nine years, 25% of the skills required to perform jobs have changed; by 2030, skills needed to do your job will have changed by a whopping 68%. So even if you’re not changing jobs, your job is changing on you.
To keep pace with this sea change, your entire organization will need a strong foundation of AI skills — and both talent development and talent acquisition professionals will need to lead the charge.
“A growing number of employers are realizing the need not only to seek out new workers with AI skills, but more importantly to develop their own AI workforce,” testified LinkedIn chief economist Karin Kimbrough to a U.S. Senate subcommittee on employment last month. “Business leaders who fail to devote the resources necessary to reskill and upskill their AI talent risk falling behind companies who are making these investments and seeing productivity gains from leveraging this technology.”
In addition to the above certificates, take your organization’s AI upskilling to the next level with these additional AI upskilling resources from LinkedIn Learning and Microsoft — all unlocked through December 31, 2024:
